I provide a range of services that can be fully tailored to meet your needs. 


I can provide online support to clients anywhere in the world, or in-person coaching from my home in St Albans, UK.


My goal is always to set you up for success, giving you all the knowledge and tools you need so that you don't need me any more.  But if you'd like more long-term support and accountability, we can work out a personalised and affordable package of ongoing sessions based on your needs.

Individual Consultation

£95

Online or in person

If you want a steer on beneficial dietary and lifestyle changes, this is for you. 

Assessment by analysis of a three day food diary and detailed pre-consultation questionnaire. 

The package comprises:
  • 1 x one hour consultation 
  • Follow up report
This consultation will help you to confidently make changes and build new habits to achieve:
  • Healthy lifestyle goals
  • Body composition goals 
  • Athletic goals

Individual Nutrition Coaching Package 

Seven sessions , £450

Online or in person

If you want big changes, this is for you!

A programme of tailored support to work towards personal goals or dietary change. 

This includes changes in dietary, exercise and other habits to meet healthy lifestyle and/ or body composition goals. 

The package comprises:
  • 1 x one hour initial consultation: Assessment and forming appropriate goals, plus follow-up report
  • 6 x one hour nutrition coaching sessions on specific dietary and lifestyle changes, including food diary review
  • Support between sessions where required (e.g. via WhatsApp)
  • A portfolio of information sheets for reference 
  • Tailored recipe suggestions
It works best if we meet on consecutive weeks, but we can work flexibly to fit in with your busy life.

Follow-Up Sessions

One hour, £65 
30 minutes, £40

Online, phone call, or in person

Whatever your goals, its good to have support and check that you're on track.

A follow-up appointment to assess progress towards your goals and address any obstacles. 

Further changes to work towards optimal health will also be discussed.

I offer personalised nutrition coaching for people looking to improve their diet for long-term good health, weight loss, or sports performance. I’m always delighted to help people clarify and meet their goals, and thrilled to see the difference it has made in terms of their energy levels, wellbeing and confidence in making sound food choices. 


I also offer support for individuals or families who are looking to transition to a vegetarian, vegan or plant-based diet, and want to make sure that they are meeting all their nutritional needs.
