I offer personalised nutrition coaching for people looking to improve their diet for long term good health, weight loss, or sports performance. I’m always delighted to help people clarify and meet their goals, and thrilled to see the difference it has made in terms of their energy levels, wellbeing and confidence in making sound food choices. 


I also offer support for individuals or families who are looking to transition to a vegetarian, vegan or plant-based diet, and want to make sure that they are meeting all their nutritional needs.
